This is a More Involved QI – includes free access to Medicoach
This QI activity was shared by Practice Nurse Lyndall Eagan, who implemented a recall service for patients at Central Pottsville Medical Centre. Scroll down to the “Shared PDSA Examples” section at the bottom of the page to read Lyndall’s PDSA.
Great effort, Lyndall and the Central Pottsville Medical Centre team. Thanks for sharing your learning with colleagues!
It is important to continue to offer and encourage routine screening and follow up. See Lyndall’s reflections in her PDSA about how her patients really appreciate the reminder. Also check out how she is planning to move to an aligned recall system that combines different aspects of investigation and treatment for people over 70.
