North Coast Primary Health Network is pleased to announce that two Healthy Towns Community Workshops – afternoon and evening – will be held in Evans Head on Tuesday 29 May. Lunch and dinner will be provided.
The workshops follow the great response to the recent Your Healthy Towns community survey.
Residents, service providers, key groups and agencies in the town are invited to attend. At the workshops attendees will:
North Coast Primary Health Network’s Acting Chief Executive Sharyn White said the survey came up with some interesting results.
“More than 200 people completed our community survey in Evans Head demonstrating the strong sense of community spirit here. The top issues that the community would like to focus on through the Healthy Towns program include transport, caring for older people and mental health services,” she said.
