Primary Care Impact Grant Round 3 recipient: Mullumbimby Comprehensive Health Centre
In 2025, 48 Primary Care Impact Grants were awarded to North Coast primary care providers, totalling nearly $2.35 million.
From nurse-led drop-in clinics for those experiencing homelessness, to 48-week Aboriginal healthy lifestyle programs, these grants were awarded to innovative, locally designed projects that support high quality care for people living with chronic and complex diseases across the region.
Round Four grant programs are open
Grant applications are now open for the fourth round of the program, in the areas of chronic disease prevention (grants up to $50,000 available) and capacity building in skin cancer early prevention (grants up to $15,000 available).
If you’re a health provider with an innovative idea for chronic disease or skin cancer prevention in your community, we’d love to hear from you!
