Healthy North Coast is excited to co-sponsor 5 Transition to Practice Program (TPP) positions for nurses new to primary health care in our region.
The Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association’s (APNA) TPP provides an evidence-based education framework and support to nurses who have transitioned to primary health care and feel they would benefit from additional assistance in understanding primary health care.
TPP has been designed to improve the recruitment and retention of nurses in primary health care. Over the past 5+ years, this program has supported over 200 nurses to successfully transition to primary health care.
