As many clinicians in our local health system share the same username / password combination to access HealthPathways, Google Password Manager sometimes presents this misleading error message:

In this instance the message is no cause for concern, as no personal or patient data is compromised.
If you receive this warning message when you access the HealthPathways website, it does not mean that your HealthPathways site is at risk, only that the shared username and password used in our region for access has been stored by a search engine. This results in the browser displaying an automatic alert to advise that a user’s credentials have been compromised.
We use usernames and passwords to ensure clinician-only access to HealthPathways, not to protect private or sensitive content. As such, no action is required when this alert is displayed on the Mid and North Coast HealthPathways site.
In the event of a genuine data breach directly involving the servers or technology that supports HealthPathways, platform providers Streamliners would follow an established protocol and inform affected HealthPathways community members.
