How does Head to Health work?
By visiting or calling, people can be assessed immediately by mental health professionals. They will then be connected to an appropriate service, which may be an existing mental health service or an on-site clinician.
Peer workers are available to provide support and assist with navigation and connection. Head to Health is free and a mental health care plan is not required.
Don’t wait – your mental health and wellbeing matters.
