A NSW Health model of care was released in January 2017 to help guide good practice in specialist community older people’s mental health services (available here).
An external evaluation of this model of care is now underway. GPs are recognised as a key partner of community older people’s mental health (OPMH) services (also referred to as specialist mental health services for older people or SMHSOP).
Health Policy Analysis want to understand if the model of care has had any impact on integrated care or the relationship between community OPMH services and GPs. A short survey has been developed and your participation would be appreciated.
