Did you know that a pulmonary rehabilitation program is best practice for someone who has chronic lung disease?
Currently only a tiny proportion of those who may benefit in the community are ever referred.
The Lismore Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program has solutions to make it easier for patients to join the program, even during periods of COVID restrictions. They are offering multiple ways for people to get involved, including face to face, virtual and telehealth. People can attend individually or participate in a friendly groups.
Programs have regular intake to reduce wait times and help people access the service when they are ready.
How do you refer?
The Lismore Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program can accept outpatient referrals via both fax and eReferrals.
