Western Australia Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) has partnered with The Behaviour Change Collaborative to conduct a comprehensive two-phase approach aimed at understanding the composition, opinions, and expectations of GP users regarding clinical assessment and referral pathways platforms, as well as potential future solutions.
Phase one will involve paid one-on-one interviews (30 minutes) and focus groups (90 minutes) with our market research partner, to help gain deeper insights into your individual experiences, attitudes and expectations as they relate to the existing system and any potential future solutions. You can opt-in to these interviews by completing the short screening questions linked below. All participants will be paid for their time.
Phase two involves a more detailed, quantitative survey of GPs, to collect responses from a diverse range of geographies, demographics and user profiles across all PHNs in Australia. Your participation is crucial to ensure that the perspective of those working on the North Coast are suitably represented.
