Healthy North Coast is working with its partner organisations in the North Coast Collective to improve population health by leading the development of a Healthy Ageing Strategy. The development process will be undertaken from 2021 to 2022, with implementation to begin in the second half of 2022.
The Strategy will deliver a road map for healthy ageing driven by metrics, social research, evidence and systems modelling. Through the Strategy development process complex problems will be analysed and workable solutions forecast. Participatory workshops will be held with consumers and service providers and guided by an expert reference group.
