Help Spread the Word — COVID-19 Vaccines Community Consultation

Healthy North Coast is committed to supporting our communities to have access to the best available advice and guidance about COVID-19 vaccines. Together, we can help our residents make informed decisions and help to protect our region from the ongoing threat of COVID-19.

We’re asking Northern NSW and Mid North Coast residents to share their thoughts about COVID-19 vaccines in an online consultation.

You can find it at: covid19vaccinesurvey.questionpro.com

Share this link and encourage your community to have a voice. The anonymous feedback form is quick and easy to complete — it’s taking most people less than 5 minutes. Responses will help us understand local needs so we can continue to support our communities and our region to stay COVID safe.

Participants can also nominate a registered local community group, sports club or not-for-profit to win $2,000*. The prize will help a local organisation to improve the health of our North Coast community.
