COVID-19 has put everyone under pressure, so it’s more important than ever that we keep our minds healthy.
Beyond Blue has created a series of resources in a range of languages other than English. These aim to help people understand how to find support and feel comfortable talking about their experiences.
The new resources are available in Arabic, Mandarin/Simplified Chinese, Punjabi and Vietnamese. They are intended to support people in managing their thoughts and feelings.
Beyond Blue recommends talking as one of the best ways to get support. The service has trained counsellors available to provide support. This can be in English or with an interpreter in your preferred language.
