Every three years, Healthy North Coast asks local communities about their health, their thoughts on local health services and suggestions for improvement.
It’s a chance for people in northern NSW and the Mid North Coast to have their say on what’s working, what’s not and to identify gaps in health services.
With the 2021 Speak Up survey ending on 16 September, the window of opportunity to provide feedback is closing soon.
Healthy North Coast, which delivers the Australian Government’s Primary Health Network Program, is keen to get as many survey responses as possible from across the community in the time left.
Chief Executive Officer Julie Sturgess said community feedback from Speak Up was invaluable and helped guide funding decisions across the region.
‘It assists us in designing and funding health services where they are most needed,’ Ms Sturgess said.
‘Having a community voice at the centre of health care planning and decision making is essential in achieving better health outcomes on the North Coast.’
Don’t miss out on having your say. Visit Speak Up to find out more and provide your feedback before 16 September. It will take around 15-20 minutes to answer the questions. All answers are anonymous and completely confidential.
At the end of the survey, participants can enter a prize draw for one of 20 x $100 cash cards. Terms and conditions apply.
