Did you know that people immediately forget 40-80% of health information they receive? Having written health information helps us remember.
But sometimes, health information can be hard to understand.
We need feedback from people who use our health services and their carers. We want to know how well we communicate written health information. You can help us make it easier for people to understand and use that information.
Members of the Northern NSW Health Information Feedback Group will have the opportunity to review health resources. This includes flyers, information sheets, brochures and forms. We’d love your feedback on how we can make them easier to understand.
Follow the link below to apply for the Health Information Feedback Group today. This group is great for people who want to be involved in improving health services, without the face-to-face meetings.
