You’re invited to contribute to a PHD study from the Australian National University that is examining the influence of job characteristics (agreements, responsibilities, and rewards) on the choice of rural practice.
Interviews will run from June to December 2024.
Why?
Understanding the job characteristics of a rural doctor will assist:
- GPs and colleges with an awareness of the reality of the work
- Businesses to develop attractive engagement packages and
- Governments in policy detail decisions
