LAST CALL to be a part of ‘Text to Detect 2022’ – the largest quality improvement program of its kind in Australian primary care.
Enrolment is already underway, but the Heart Foundation will consider expressions of interest received by 29 July from practices who meet the eligibility criteria.
Text to Detect supports targeted identification and management of CVD via an innovative recall system that has never been trialed in screening programs.
Participating practices can expect:
- free SMS credits
- 12-month GoShare Plus license (for Heart Health Check recall content)
- one-to-one support from the Heart Foundation and Healthily (including online training and Q&A) for the project duration.
- practical assessment and management templates optimised for popular practice software, and other resources available via the Heart Health Check Toolkit.
- a completion report and certificate to go towards your quality improvement activity register.
