Healthy North Coast is actively building a media presence to support the local rollout of the Australian Government’s COVID-19 vaccination program.
We are contacted on a regular basis with requests for media comment (on radio, television, in print and online). We are seeking expressions of interest from local clinical experts who feel confident speaking to the media.
If successful, you will be supported by a team of people who will provide you with up-to-date information and support you with key messaging. It is anticipated that most media interviews will be short (less than 10 minutes).
We are seeking GPs, nurses, midwives, pharmacists and Aboriginal health practitioners who are interested in joining a small network of clinical media spokespeople. This network will provide media updates to keep our community informed about the COVID-19 vaccination program and how to get protected.
If you’re interested in this opportunity and meet the below criteria, please submit your expression of interest by 5pm Friday 19 March 2021.
