The National Allergy Strategy is scoping a shared care model for allergic conditions. They are inviting patients and carers to participate in an online survey askingĀ about experiences when accessing allergy services.
Click here to access the survey.
The surveys takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. All responses will remain anonymous.
The survey closes on Wednesday 20 February 2019.
Information provided through the survey will help the National Allergy Strategy understand what is working and what needs to be improved for people accessing health care for allergic conditions.
The National Allergy Strategy is an initiative of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA) and Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia (A&AA). The National Allergy Strategy has received funding from the Australian Government Department of Health to scope a shared care model for allergic conditions.
