Healthy North Coast’s Primary Care Impact platform is our central library of quality improvement topics and projects for local practices to enhance their quality improvement initiatives and navigate resources.
It is noticeably clear just how hard practices have been working, with Primary Care Impact’s COVID-19 pages receiving strong engagement. In 2021 alone, our 12 COVID-19 quality improvement activities have received more than 4,000 unique page visits.
We would like to thank all who have been involved and contributed to this exciting growth. Our Primary Health Coordinators thank you for welcoming Primary Care Impact as your go-to source for quality improvement. Even during these challenging and uncertain times, we have received fantastic PDSAs, feedback and topic requests from practices throughout the North Coast.
“This past year has been particularly difficult for us general practice staff and such pages are really helpful. Thank you for the growing number of topics and communicating content in a clear and concise manner.” – Anonymous, Practice Manager, submitted via Healthy North Coast website
“Thank you both for the update and for your ongoing support throughout this whole pandemic. Your support, proactiveness and encouragement has been a God send. Thank you for having our backs!” – Sharna Waugh, Practice Manager, North Bellingen Medical Centre
Through our shared community, we can work together to continue developing the Primary Care Impact program and better serve the needs of health care professionals and patients throughout our region.
