Gambling is a part of many people’s lives and can affect everyone differently.
Many people gamble at one time or another. But for some, it can be a problem.
Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre is running a FREE public information session on minimising gambling harm.

When: Thursday 24 October, 9:30-11am
This session is for:
- people experiencing gambling harm
- anyone worried about a friend or relative’s gambling
You will learn about:
- the signs of problem gambling
- related health issues and behaviours
- where you can go for help – including local services available through the Neighbourhood Centre and GambleAware
The role of financial and general counselling will also be explained in helping people to get back on track or to control problem gambling behaviours.
