Mind CVD project needs your input

Mind CVD (cardiovascular disease) is a joint project between the Heart Foundation, the Stroke Foundation and Australian Centre for Heart Health.

It aims to ensure Australians have improved access to information and support for their psychological wellbeing during their recovery from a heart event or stroke. By 2024, the project will deliver:

  • information and resources for patients, survivors, families and carers
  • information and training resources for health professionals
  • improved functionality of the Heart Foundation and Stroke Foundation teams to support Australians living with cardiovascular disease.

As a part of community consultation, feedback is being sought from health professionals via a survey to identify needs, test assumptions and prioritise activities of the Mind CVD project.

Find the survey here: https://forms.office.com/r/tbt1wn8t6j. The survey should take around 20 minutes to complete and will be open until Friday, 8 July 2022.
