Mitch is a leader in the wellbeing space with a lifelong mission to ‘change the way the world feels’. His goal is to transform the lives of 1 billion people to be more mentally healthy.
An accomplished keynote speaker, having delivered talks to companies like Amazon, American Express and Salesforce, Mitch has a master’s degree in clinical psychology and more than 20-plus years of lived experience with mental ill-health.
Mitch has been an advisor to the United Nations on youth mental health and was named a Man of Impact by GQ. He was appointed the first-ever ambassador for the Australia & New Zealand Mental Health Association and is currently an expert advisor to the Corporate Mental Health Alliance.
Mitch is the creator of ‘Real Conversations’, a mental health training curriculum, and creator of ‘Real Mates’, an innovative peer support program of accredited mental health mentors.
Passionate about neuroscience research, Mitch hosts a popular podcast with global mental wellness ambassadors, is the founder of Calm Water, and an accomplished keynote speaker, having spoken to some of the largest companies in the world.
