This survey aims to understand the things that affect mental health – like what makes it worse or better – in young people aged 12-25. This survey will help Orygen and the University of Melbourne figure out how to help young people more effectively.
Participation in this research is completely voluntary. Participants will complete a survey involving questions about themselves, their mental health, and things that could impact it, like their support network, how they seek help, and tough life experiences.
The survey will take between 15 to 20 minutes to complete. As a thank you for time and contribution to this research, you will be reimbursed with a $20 payment.
The survey is for two age groups:
- Ages 12-17 – Parents or guardians of young people in this age group must click on the link below and complete a parent/guardian consent form themselves, before sharing it with their child.
- Ages 18-25 – Young people aged 18-25 can start the survey immediately by clicking on the link below.
