Healthy Towns Expo and Month
The Healthy Towns Expo will be held on the 1st of May 2019 to kick off Healthy Towns Month. The month will include an expo as well as a month-long range of health and wellbeing events, information and education sessions.
The Woolgoolga Chamber of Commerce will be coordinating this event, and are hoping it will be an annual event in Woopi.
For more information about how your organisation or business can get involved, please contact program coordinator Lisa Nichols at [email protected].
Woolgoolga Neighbourhood Centre Website
Healthy Towns is supporting the Woopi Neighbourhood Centre to design a website that will help to inform the community about services and programs available at the centre. The website will also outline the whole of community services and programs available and how to access these.
The first design meeting was held in March and the website is currently being developed by Giant Media with input from the Manager of the Neighbourhood Centre, Rashmere Bhatti.
The website will be linked to the Chamber of Commerce website calendar to help with awareness of community services and activities.
