A series of webinar dates have been announced to support various stakeholder groups with implementation of the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GP ACI).
These webinars will include conversations on:
- What this incentive means for you and the potential benefits
- How to utilise the incentive to support high quality, integrated, patient centred care in an aged care setting
- How obstacles involved in operationalising this incentive can be overcome.
This webinar series is being delivered with funding and support from the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. Each webinar in the series will be chaired by Dr Paresh Dawda, GP (Canberra) and Principal Consultant at Prestantia Health.
Webinar 1 – For staff of aged care homes
