- Head to Health – No matter where you are located, you can call 1800 595 212 for mental health support. Friendly staff can help you connect to the right service to suit your needs, including referral to in-person and telehealth services. Open Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm. - Head to Health Lismore – In-person mental health support for those aged 18+, open for walk-ins 10am to 5pm weekdays, 12pm to 8pm weekends. Located at Lismore’s Southern Cross University. No referral is needed.
- 13 YARN (13 9276) – 24/7 support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Judgement-free and culturally safe space to have a yarn about your needs, worries or concerns.
