The First 2000 Days webinar series has been designed to build capacity of MNC NGO service providers and health professionals who support families and young children with the priority health areas identified in the First 2000 Days.
The Mid North Coast Local Health District’s (MNCLHD) Health Promotion team invites health professionals to attend session 5: sleep and settling, presented by Monica Carlon on 8 August from 10:00am – 11:30am.
Monica Carlon is the Nurse Unit Manager of Tresillian Day Services Coffs Harbour and T2U mobile service based at Kempsey, Child and Family Health Nurse and Midwife. Monica has over 20 years’ experience working with families in the Mid North Coast and has experience in an educational role.

The 5th Session of the First 2000 Days webinar series aims to:
- increase your knowledge of the importance of sleep and settling
- increase your knowledge of and referrals to local Parenting Support Services and Child and Family Health Services, such as Tresillian
- increase your confidence to engage in conversations about sleep and settling
- increase your confidence to refer to local Parenting Support Services and Child and Family Health Services, such as Tresillian.
