The ever-expanding world of mental health apps, websites and online programs can be daunting to navigate. To help, the Australian Government has funded the e-Mental Health in Practice (eMHPrac) Project, an initiative aiming to increase practitioner awareness and knowledge of Digital Mental Health (dMH).
eMHPrac educates and engages health practitioners in dMH with a range of free educational materials:
- Training sessions and presentations (face-to-face and online)
- Online training modules
- Webinars
- Podcasts
- Videos
- Free print and online resources, including factsheets, guides, brochures, flyers, and more
The eMHPrac website also contains an up-to-date dMH Directory, listing all available Australian, free/low-cost, evidence-based digital mental health tools and services.
