The Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) is inviting local parents and carers to help design their children’s care.
Families of infants, children and young people with complex health needs (two or more complex heath conditions) on the Mid North Coast have the opportunity to help the MNCLHD shape the way local services are designed and planned.
The MNCLHD’s model of care for helping children with complex health needs will be designed in consultation with families through a range of consumer engagement strategies.
Families will have the opportunity to share their experiences and ideas, helping to guide how care is provided for children with complex health needs in the future.
If you are a parent, carer or family member of an infant, child or young person with complex health needs, living on the Mid North Coast, and would like to be involved in this project, contact project lead Zoe Chaffer on zoe.chaffer@health.nsw.gov.au.
