We want to know what you think about the HealthPathways platform, and how you use it.
Together, Healthy North Coast and the Northern NSW and Mid North Coast Local Health Districts are researching the usage, uptake and impact of HealthPathways on primary and tertiary care.
You can have your say by completing a 5-7 minute online survey (you can also access the survey via QR code). Every response will go into the draw to win a $500 eGift card.
The survey closes on 30 September.
What is HealthPathways?
HealthPathways is a web-based platform with evidence-based information on the assessment and management of a range of conditions, including localised referral guidance. Each pathway is an agreement between primary and specialist services on how patients with particular conditions will be managed in the local context. The platform is accessed by a range of health professionals, including GPs, nurses, specialists and administrative staff in primary and hospital care contexts.
