Healthy North Coast’s Workforce Development and local Regional Management team recently participated in the Charles Sturt University (CSU) Open Day in Port Macquarie.
This event offered future students a valuable opportunity to explore career pathways and gather information about the different courses available at CSU.

Ally and Dilani from HNC.
As part of the Health Precinct stalls, the HNC team connected with aspiring health professionals, sharing insights into the rewarding careers available in primary health care. These conversations sparked interest, allowing students to consider future roles in supporting health and wellbeing for their community.
The day fostered collaboration among various health disciplines, with CSU showcasing its offerings in medicine, nursing, allied health, and pharmacy.
The shared space encouraged meaningful exchanges between institutions and professionals, strengthening the network of health education and workforce development in our region.
We are grateful to have been part of such a dynamic and inspiring day. Events like these play a vital role in shaping the future of health by guiding and motivating the next generation of health care professionals.
