From 4-8 April, Healthy North Coast focused on women’s health to deliver a seven-part webinar series. Launched as ‘Healthy North Coast’s Women’s Health Webinar Week’, the series focused on unique women’s health issues, designed with local clinicians in mind.

About the series:
140 local healthcare professionals registered for the webinars, which delved into a range of topics from menopause, antenatal care and contraception, to breast cancer, endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome.
The education series was held over five days, to encourage healthcare professionals from all fields to learn more about women’s health issues. Designed with local clinicians in mind, feedback thus far has been positive from local clinicians.
One Women’s Health Nurse who attended multiple sessions said, “The presentations were excellent, with up-to-date information that was easy to follow and understand”.
