The BreastScreen North Coast service will be temporarily closed from 17 January 2022. This is due to the redeployment of staff to support the local health service response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- All screening clients with appointments will be contacted by BreastScreen and rescheduled.
- BreastScreen NSW is open for clients who have been screened and are asked to return for additional tests to make a definitive diagnosis.
- Clients can contact BreastScreen NSW on 13 20 50.
- Information for women is available on the BreastScreen NSW website.
- BreastScreen NSW recommends that clients who develop breast symptoms should contact their doctor or health worker without delay.
