Researchers from the University of Sydney are co-developing a Blood Pressure (BP) Toolkit to support patients in managing their blood pressure – designed to be sensitive and responsive to the needs of healthcare professionals in primary care.
They are inviting you to take part in a 30 to 60-minute online interview and/or an in-person collaborative workshop to share your experiences and insights into blood pressure management. This includes discussing your current model of care, the barriers and facilitators you encounter, and how the Toolkit can best support you and your patients.
You will be compensated for your time.
Your input will help identify strategies to implement the BP Toolkit in primary care settings.
If you have any questions about the study, please contact the Principal Investigator Dr Niamh Chapman, University of Sydney: [email protected]
