Next week, Mid and North Coast HealthPathways is being updated to a new mobile-friendly platform. There will also be a new domain: https://manc.communityhealthpathways.org
You can try mobile-friendly view now by clicking on the banner located on the homepage.
When?
The new HealthPathways site goes live on 29 October 2020.
Will I notice a difference?
Yes, the site will have a new style and banner, look clearer and be more responsive whether you’re using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device. If you use an older browser, a ‘classic’ version of the site will run parallel to the mobile-friendly version.
Is the same information still available?
Yes. The clinical content is identical on the mobile-friendly and classic versions.
How do I access HealthPathways?
From the 29 October, access is via the new URL: https://manc.communityhealthpathways.org
Existing bookmarks and links to the site will continue to work, but users will be redirected to the new domain.
As a one-off, you may need to enter your login details again.
