The National Health Services Directory (NHSD) provides a central source of information that supports both consumers and health professionals looking for information about services and service providers, and enables secure electronic messaging between health professionals and organisations.
The directory contains over 150,000 service listings across 300 service types and includes detailed information about their:

- languages spoken
- eligibility criteria and payment options
- appointment and accessibility options

- service delivery methods such as online, phone, home visit and telehealth
