North Coast Primary Health Network is pleased to announce that two Healthy Towns Community Workshops – afternoon and evening – will be held in South West Rocks on Thursday 28 June 2018. Lunch and dinner will be provided.
The workshops follow the great response to the recent Healthy Towns community survey.
Residents, service providers, key groups and agencies in the town are invited to attend. At the workshops attendees will:
North Coast Primary Health Network’s Acting Chief Executive Sharyn White said the survey came up with some interesting results.
“More than 400 people completed our community survey in South West Rocks demonstrating the strong sense of community spirit here. The top issues that the community would like to focus on through the Healthy Towns program include transport, caring for older people and access to health care,” she said.
