North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN) and the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) are delighted to present the South West Rocks Community Wellbeing Day. This event will be held on Wednesday 10 October 2018 during Mental Health Month.
Free activities include:
South West Rocks Community Wellbeing Day is part of the Healthy Towns program and aims to provide an opportunity for the community to connect and learn more about local health and wellbeing services.
The event is co-hosted by RAMHP and will launch the annual RAMHP Glovebox Guide to Mental Health. This year the theme is Let’s Work Together and the RAMHP team are inviting members of the community to participate in a joint activity showcasing how they are working together with their communities to build mental wellbeing.
Other highlights include the healthy food cook-off, ukulele band, healthy BBQ lunch and a information from a wide range of health service providers.
The South West Rocks Community Wellbeing Day is presented by NCPHN, RAMHP and the Mid North Coast Local Health District.
