North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN) is pleased to announce that the highly experienced health care provider Bolton Clarke (formerly RSL Care) has taken over the delivery of the NewAccess mental health coaching service.
For some years, NCPHN has delivered this important service, but due to changes in the role of Primary Health Networks it was necessary to place NewAccess into the hands of another organisation.
Developed by beyondblue, NewAccess is a free service that provides support for people experiencing the stress of life pressures. The support comes in the form of a coach to help get people back on track through setting and incrementally achieving practical goals.
The program includes six free sessions with a trained NewAccess coach. Sessions can be face to face or over the phone. At the first appointment, the coach will complete an initial assessment with you and develop a program tailored to the client’s needs.
NewAccess is for anyone with mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression. These conditions might cause you to feel unhappy, moody, angry, or unable to concentrate or sleep.
NewAccess could work for you if you are experiencing:
