COVID-19 outbreaks in residential aged care facilities in Sydney and Victoria have demonstrated the critical role general practice plays in mitigating the impact of a COVID-19 outbreak for residents. My Aged Care e-Referral for GPs
My Aged Care e-Referrals have been updated and improved. GPs can refer their patients to My Aged Care from their electronic practice management systems via the e-Referral form.
