Tell us what matters to you. In the first stage of Healthy Towns we asked communities to tell us about life in their towns. Communities identified local priorities and told us what needs to happen to improve health and wellbeing.

Design local solutions to local issues. Community members, NCPHN and service providers will work together to decide which new initiatives should be prioritised and what they should look like.

Let’s make it happen! NCPHN will support communities to implement solutions. We will focus on actions that:
- Improve health and wellbeing outcomes
- Develop community connections
- Integrate and coordinate services
- Address service gaps
