A program for residents living in aged care homes who are living with or at risk of developing a mental illness.
The program is delivered by provisional psychologists who are supervised by fully registered psychologists to provide individual counselling and support groups with the aim of assisting older adults to feel empowered to live more independently.
The program also provides psycho-education to staff in residential aged care homes (RACHs) to build capacity to support people living with a mental health condition.
