- Full kitchen and staff area, storage, bathrooms and laundry facilities.
- Ducted air conditioning throughout the building.
- Please note, that the building has stairs and a sloped parking area. This unfortunately provides poor disability access.
The rooms:
1. Large room, suitable for talking therapies that don’t require a treatment table.
- Would suit modalities such as psychology, counselling, family therapy, social worker, speech therapy, occupational therapy etc.
2. Multiple large rooms equipped with electric treatment tables, shelves, towels, massage oil, desk, and chairs.
- Would suit physical therapists such as acupuncturists, podiatrists and physiotherapists.
3. The building also includes a board room 5.5m x 4.3m plus adjoining sun room/office space 6.3m x 2.3m.
- Suitable for small group meetings, workshops or classes.
- Beautiful light filled room with art deco stained glass.
- Can be hired on a daily, hourly basis. Rates negotiable.
