Full time registered nurse required for Lismore Doctors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to both high-quality patient care and clinic growth through:
- Achievement of monthly billable nursing revenue targets.
- Delivery of nurse-led services that support clinic profitability and patient outcomes.
- Maximising utilisation of Medicare-funded nursing activities and health assessments where clinically appropriate.
- Supporting chronic disease management programs, care plans, and health assessments.
- Maintaining a high level of appointment utilisation and minimising unused nursing appointment slots.
- Assisting with patient recall and follow-up programs to improve service uptake and continuity of care.
- Contributing to patient retention and positive patient experience outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve clinic efficiency, workflow, and service delivery.
- Accurate and compliant clinical documentation to support billing and accreditation requirements.
