Keen Street Clinic is searching for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration to join their team and provide support to nine general practitioners. The position is casual, with a view to part-time/full-time.
Duties typical of this role include, but are not limited to:
• childhood and adult immunisations, travel vaccinations.
• COVID-19 vaccination clinics
• health assessment and care plans, chronic disease management
• managing recalls and reminders
• patient triage and observations
• patient education
• first aid and emergency care
• wound care and plaster application
• ECG and spirometry
• assist minor surgery
• infection control
• cold chain management
• stock management
• quality improvement within a clinical setting
• accreditation
The successful applicant must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of duties.
