If you are passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people, working with community and leading teams, headspace Lismore would love to hear from you. This challenging but rewarding management role will see you leading and developing a diverse team and building a positive and engaging culture. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the headspace centre, working with consortia partners, community advisory participants and a variety of stakeholders.
You will have experience and understanding of evidence-based interventions and a commitment to working with community in supporting young people with their mental wellbeing. Alongside a working knowledge of practice in a contemporary mental health setting, you will have a working knowledge of quality compliance, risk and clinical governance, strong communication skills and excellent people management skills.

headspace Lismore (under the direction of the Social Futures) is an innovative youth service, delivering primary and mental health, alcohol and drug services, social welfare and vocational services to young people aged 12-25 years. The mandate of headspace Lismore is to provide early intervention and prevention services by responding with evidence based interventions for young people in the local community.
