Position available for part time to potential full time medical receptionist role.
This position will job share between Wauchope and Port Macquarie practices.
Experience in medical administration and reception is an advantage but not essential.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• answering incoming calls
• booking appointments
• meet and greet patients
• liaison with GPs and patients
• time management and prioritising workload
• management of patient billing, invoicing, receipting of consultations
• patient record data entry, faxing and scanning with Medical Director software
• accuracy, attention to detail, organisation, reliable and problem solving skills
