Temporary full-time position with the Mid North Coast Local Health District until 6 September 2022 (with possible extension).
What you’ll be doing
The Integrated Care Project Manager reports to the District Manager, Integrated Primary Care and is responsible for ensuring the project management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of assigned integrated care initiatives across the Mid North Coast including the Integrated Care for Residential Aged Care (IC RAC) initiative.
All NSW Health workers are required to have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 30 September 2021 and two doses by 30 November 2021 or have an approved medical contraindication certificate.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health and/or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience
- Demonstrated high level of leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Demonstrated experience in health project management or the implementation of health projects, frameworks and/or initiatives with district-wide application, including capacity to participate in organisational change initiatives. Alternatively, an experienced and registered health professional with postgraduate qualification or training in implementation science, project management, evaluation, quality improvement and/or change management.
- Demonstrated sound time management and organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines within defined resources ensuring targets are met
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a high performing team with the ability to motivate and coordinate staff
- Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Highly competent computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets)
- Current driver licence and ability to travel as required
