Vital Healthcare is looking for an experienced, compassionate and enthusiastic person who understands the general practice arena, has great communication skills and loves working with teams to take on the practice management role at their practices. In this full-time position, you will be the contact point for doctors, patients, and team members to help to continue to foster a working environment of trust, respect, and collaboration.
The successful applicant will:
• Maintain the team environment and open communication culture while overseeing day to day operations
• Set and oversee systems, policies and procedures
• Have outstanding leadership and team building skills
• Have business planning skills and understand financial management
• Have knowledge of the relevant legislations
• Maintain and drive accreditation, quality improvement, compliance and
risk management
• Create / update reports to owners/ directors
• Be experienced in all aspects of human resource management
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
The successful applicant will need:
• Proven work experience as a Practice Manager/high-level manager in a general practice setting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organisational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Knowledge of office management
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Medium level accounting skills
• Current driver’s licence
