The clinic is co-located with residential aged care and allied health services, specialising in the care of older people living in residential care. The clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care tailored to the needs of the elderly.
Position Overview:
St Agnes’ GP Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join the team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and integrated healthcare environment.

- Dedicated Laptop: Provided to ensure seamless integration with Best Practice software, residential care electronic medical records, and medication management system to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Access to an in-house IT team ensures smooth operation and support with all technological needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to elderly patients, particularly those in residential aged care.
- Conduct regular medical assessments, screenings, and manage chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including allied health professionals, dementia specialists, and RAC registered nurses.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using Best Practice software.
- Participate in the clinic’s afterhours roster, as required.
Requirements:
- Full registration with AHPRA.
- Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM.
- Strong commitment to patient-centred care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
